For ongoing work for small independent property management company. Pay is $30 an hour, 2 weeks vacation per year for full-time employee. $2 per hour raise in 90 days based on performance. Generally responsible for carpentry, trim, repairs, windows, doors, roofing, maintenance, clean-up, minor electrical, landscaping, etc. Duties will be assigned per job.
